How to Easily Change Windows Logon Screen

Why look at the same Windows welcome screen every time you turn on computer, when there are so many different free screens you can use to spice up your experience and brighten up your computer. I won't argue native Windows Vista screen is not bad at all but many of you including me are probably kind a tired of it and so I remembered I could replace it with a different one. For this purpose I used Stardock LogonStudio Vista.

Before you decide to change anything you will need to download some screens but this slightly differs from the operating system you are using. Windows XP users will have to download login screens from this page Vista users from here.

LogonStudio comes preloaded with 4 different themes but I guess you will probably want to get something different because they kind a suck. Anyway when you get one of your choice go to the program's menu and find load button. Navigate to where you saved your file and upload it. Than press apply and the next time you start computer your changes will be applied.
